Important Dates To Remember

February 2, 2009

March

  • Detailed information on the Online Space Assignment will be mailed to companies that submitted Application/Contract prior to February 2

May 1

  • Last day to receive 100% refund (less $300 handling fee) if space is cancelled or reduced

May 4

  • Applications/Contracts received after this date must include full booth payment

Late June

  • User IDs and passwords will be emailed for access to the ASPS Online Exhibitor Service Manual

June 30

  • Last day to receive 50% refund if space is cancelled or reduced

July 1

  • Balance of booth space fees due
  • No refunds issued for cancellation or reduction in exhibit space

August 3

  • Application/Contract deadline for inclusion of company information in the Official Program

September

  • Pre-registration attendee mailing list available

October 16

  • Applications/Contracts received on or after this date must be accompanied by a certified check

October 22

  • Exhibitor installation begins at 8:00 am

October 23

  • All exhibits intact by 3:00 pm

October 24

  • Official opening of exhibits at 9:00 am

October 26

  • Official closing of exhibits at 4:00 pm
  • Dismantle from 4:00 until 9:00 pm

October 27

  • Dismantle 8:00 am-5:00 pm
  • All Exhibit material must be removed from Exhibit Halls by 5:00 pm
