Staff Vice President of Business Development & IT
Gregg Revak is staff vice president of business development and IT, responsible for Plastic Surgery Practice Solutions, Inc. (PSPS), ASPS’ for-profit subsidiary, which develops and operates digital and online products and services for ASPS members.
Gregg also leads the staff responsible for the Society’s daily IT operations and technical support. In this role, he is charged with discovering new tools to meet members’ practice and management needs, aligning ASPS’ technology infrastructure and applications with the Society’s business goals, and maintaining a mature and stable IT environment.
Gregg joined ASPS in 2010 as director of IT and has since successfully led many IT infrastructure projects, including major systems upgrades to ASPS’ websites and Aptify member management system. He’s also spearheaded numerous IT security upgrades and improvements.
Gregg has more than 35 years of IT industry experience in areas such as applications development, infrastructure, operations, programming, security and technical support. He has worked in diverse industries including medical, consumer services, financial, insurance, nonprofit and transportation. Gregg has also held IT leadership positions at FirstGroup America, ServiceMaster, Business Logic, American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) and Siemens Healthcare.
Gregg attended Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa, and holds a Certified Computer Professional (CCP) designation. He’s a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and Institute for Electronic and Electrical Engineers (IEEE).
An expert in his field, he has presented on topics including the Internet, IT infrastructure, and security at conferences in Chicago, Washington, DC, and Boston.
Gregg and his wife live in Bloomingdale, Ill., and have two children. In his leisure, Gregg enjoys traveling, sailing, playing chess and has a passion for quantum physics.
