Senior Manager of Marketing & Communications
Maureen Jouhet is senior manager of marketing and communications, responsible for the development, management and execution of communication strategies for ASPS, The Plastic Surgery Foundation (The PSF) and Plastic Surgery Practice Solutions, Inc. (PSPS). In addition, she manages day-to-day internal and member-facing communications while overseeing marketing operations.
Maureen joined ASPS in 2011 as marketing communications manager before taking on her current role in 2013. Prior to her time at the Society, she lived in France and worked for ESC Clermont Graduate School of Business as an adjunct professor of English and American culture. Maureen also spent seven years at Tribune Media Services as a senior copywriter, working on everything from the re-launch of Little Orphan Annie for licensing, to promotions for popular columnists such as Garrison Keillor.
She received a bachelor’s degree in corporate and organizational communications from Northern Illinois University and was on the university’s debate team.
Maureen lives in Glenview, Ill., with her husband and two sons.
