Contributor $1,000 - $2,499
All of the above, plus:
- Listing on the PSF Corporate Donor sign at the entrance to the Exhibit Hall at Plastic Surgery 2012
- PSF Corporate Donor ribbons for exhibit representatives at the program funded, if applicable
Underwriter $2,500 - $4,999
All of the above, plus:
- One exhibitor bonus point annually for each $2,500 in contributed support for Plastic Surgery 2012 Exhibit Space Assignment
- PSF Donor Logo next to your listing in the Plastic Surgery 2012 Official Program and website
Sponsor $5,000 - $9,999
