The American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and The Plastic Surgery Foundation (The PSF) continuously lead the Breast Reconstruction Awareness campaign.
Closing the loop on breast cancer is made possible with the support and generosity of many sponsors and partners. ASPS and The PSF are grateful to organizations who support the BRA Day USA campaign.
Breast Reconstruction Awareness Day, or BRA Day, occurs annually in October and is an initiative designed to promote education, awareness and access to care for women needing post-mastectomy breast reconstruction. Your participation would reach a key audience and be a part of the October breast cancer month celebrated on the national stage.
Donations from our fundraising efforts are applied directly to qualified programs for the purpose of supporting breast reconstruction-related research and awareness, and to non-profit medical organizations for the purpose of providing charitable care to breast reconstruction patients. The Breast Reconstruction Awareness Fund of The Plastic Surgery Foundation has received nearly 1-million dollars from charity partners, sponsor organizations and individual contributions.
