All registrants must pay the full registration fee; one-day registration is not available. The meeting registration fee includes course materials, admission to the session, exhibits and indicated meals. Spouses and accompanying persons who wish to attend the session must register. Registrations can be submitted online or by facsimile, phone or email. Confirmation will be provided upon receipt of payment.

Credit card payment is accepted for online, phone and mailed registration. Check payment is accepted for mailed registration; please make checks payable to ASPS. Please allow 10 days for processing.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing to be considered for refund.
