Margaret Skiles, MD practiced plastic surgery for 20 years on the faculty at the University of Massachusetts. Then, she made the transition to private practice in Michigan and is currently practicing in California. In addition to running her solo practice, she is very active in leadership positions at both her local hospitals serving as Chief of Staff at each. She also has served on many hospital committees as member and chair. This included chairing the Bylaws Committee during a major revision and writing the initial Bylaws for another hospital. In addition, she volunteers her time to serve on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations.
As an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, she has served on many committees, including the Leadership Development Committee, the Women's Committee and the Ethics Committee and Exhibits Committee. She was instrumental in starting the annual Women Plastic Surgeon's Enrichment Retreats. She was involved in the Pathways to Leadership program first as a participant and then as a trainer. Her extensive experience includes both the theory and practice of running meetings.
Roger A. Orsini, MD is an experienced and respected plastic surgeon, leader and entrepreneur. Dr. Orsini has been in solo practice in Easton, Maryland since 1985 and is owner of Shore Aesthetic and Reconstructive Associates. He is also a highly respected bank director and is one of the founders and original members of the board of directors of Easton Bank and Trust. Dr. Orsini has served on numerous corporate and non-corporate boards including the Integrated Medicine Board, where he also serves as the Medical Advisor.
He serves on numerous committees, both in the banking business and healthcare sectors. He has served as the Co-Chairman of the Technology Committee of the Easton Bank and Trust and on its Audit Committee. For the last 10 years, Dr. Orsini has served on the Exhibits, Research Grants and the Device and Technique Assessment Committees for the American Association of Plastic Surgeons. He was the Head/Chief of the Department of Surgery at the Memorial Hospital in Easton, Maryland and served on the Executive Hospital Committee. He is also a consultant to the Ethicon Corporation Research and Development Division and assisted in developing new product ideas in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Since receiving his MBA from the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business, Dr. Orsini has taught the capstone strategic planning, strategic management and organizational culture courses in the MBA program. He is presently developing a course teaching Corporate Governance to the MBA students as well as providing seminars for the corporate world.

William "Marty" Martin, PsyD is Director and Associate Professor of the Health Sector MBA program in the College of Commerce at DePaul University. He is also an adjunct faculty member at Rush. Dr. Martin is a financial planner with Aequus Wealth Management, serving physicians, individuals and entrepreneurs in transition. His first book, The Inner World of Money: Taking Control of Your Financial Decisions & Behavior was published in 2012.
Dr. Martin also published an article on governance in The Journal of Health Administration Education and an article on succession management for medical groups in the Group Practice Journal which drew upon his experiences at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Tulane University, and Aurora Health System. In addition to these articles, he has published over 50 articles and book chapters.
Dr. Martin has worked with medical groups, academic medical centers, community hospitals, and for-profit dialysis centers as a speaker, retreat facilitator and consultant. As a member of the American College of Physician Executives faculty for many years, he facilitated courses in managing physician performance and working together as a board.
Dr. Martin earned his doctorate in clinical psychology from Rutgers University as well as a master of public health. He then served as a postdoctoral fellow in primary healthcare psychology. He has completed an executive graduate certificate in business of medicine from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine as well as a certificate in portfolio management from the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business. He is one of the only Sudden Money investment professionals in the country as well as on one of the few licensees of Money Quotient.
