Carol A. Gallagher, Ph.D. is the Managing Partner of the Alliance for Excellence, an international consulting firm specializing in executive coaching and team development. Gallagher launched the Alliance for Excellence in 2001. Over the past few years, her primary focus has been working with healthcare systems and hospital executives. Some of her healthcare clients include Kaiser Permanente, Dignity Health, Sutter Health, St. Joseph's Health System, and Ohio Health.
Gallagher wrote the best-selling book Going to the Top, depicting the critical success factors of corporate executives. She expertise and unprecedented research has been featured on ABC, CBS, NBC, CBC as well as the Oprah Winfrey Network. She's been featured on National Public Radio and in The Waif Street Journal, USA Today, 1 The New York Times, Washington Post and many other publications.
Prior to leading the Alliance for Excellence, Gallagher was a Senior Principal at CGI-American Management Systems, a $5 billion technology corporation. Earlier, Gallagher was an IBM marketing representative, responsible for selling mainframe computer systems to IBM's strategic accounts. Before IBM, Gallagher served as a financial analyst for Goldman Sachs & Company on Wall Street, where she performed risk analysis and evaluated profit and loss for international trading portfolios. At the beginning of her career, Gallagher was a management consultant with Andersen Consulting, where she integrated banking and brokerage clients' computer systems with their corporate objectives.
Gallagher has a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, now Alliant International University, where she served nine years on their Board of Trustees as an officer, member of the Executive Committee, and Chair of the Nominating Committee. She is also a former Advisory Board Member of Wyndham International Hotels.
Linda Lewis is a senior management consultant with the Allergan Practice Consulting Group of Allergan, Inc.
Lewis consults with dermatology and plastic surgery practices in the areas of cosmetic practice development, financial analysis, practice valuations, strategic planning, human resource issues, internal and external marketing, leadership training and team building, sales training, and compensation.
Lewis has more than 25 years of sales, marketing, and management experience, including 20 years in the healthcare industry. She joined Allergan in 1999, serving as Vice President of Strategic Communications for Pacific Communications, Allergan's internal advertising agency. In that role, she was responsible for U.S. and global strategic communications programs, including publication planning, advisory board management and development, and implementation of a large number of medical education tactics worldwide. In her last five years at Allergan's corporate office, she served as director of strategic communications for glaucoma, focusing on thought-leader (KOL) and advocacy development.
Prior to joining Allergan, she held positions with a variety of health care companies, including The Annenberg Center for Health Sciences, Eisenhower Medical Center, and Baxter Healthcare.
Lewis received her bachelor of arts degree in communications, with a minor in public relations, from the University of Southern California.

Ortlip has more than 15 years of successful field-based consulting, sales and management experience. Her strengths include selling, business and account management, leadership development, coaching teams for top performance, negotiation skills, and presentation skills.
Ortlip received her Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and consumer studies from the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. She is certified to teach Frontline Situational Leadership, a Ken Blanchard program focusing on increasing the frequency and quality of conversations surrounding the performance and development of people, and Leadership Is A Choice, a workshop to help practices create high performance teams and high performance cultures.
