The consultation is an important meeting for both patient and surgeon. A discussion of your goals and concerns will become the basis for a sound doctor - patient relationship. The interview and examination will produce an opinion for the best course of treatment. I expect that my patients be inquisitive and feel reassured that all their questions are answered. After your consultation, you will receive written information regarding your procedure as well as pre - operative guidelines. I extend to all my patients an invitation to call me or return for a second consultation should you desire.

Dr. Izquierdo performs surgery at several Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Centers. He has privileges at local area hospitals Hinsdale Hospital and Edward Hospital.
