Practice Philosophy
Dr. Harper, a third generation Floridian, grew up in neighboring Wakkulla County. His roots run deep as his father served as a circuit judge in Florida's Second Judicial Circuit and his paternal grandfather was a physician in Wakulla County for many years.
Dr. Harper is both certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of General Surgery.
In his practice, Dr. Harper has established a reputation for his kind, informative bedside manner and caring approach paired with excellent surgical techniques and results. He is detailed oriented and works diligently to put his patients at ease while providing them with state of the art surgical care.
