Practice Philosophy

At Fort Smith Plastic Surgery, Dr. Alderson strives to treat every patient with respect and with a caring attitude. He tries to follow the Golden Rule in life and in his practice of medicine. Dr. Alderson has been  practicing plastic surgery since 1994.  As a general plastic surgeon, he treats both cosmetic patients and does reconstructive surgery such as breast reduction,non arthritic hand surgery, skin lesion excision, and a variety of reconstructive conditions.
