Dr. Giese's practice is located just off of Park Avenue in an attractive pre - war townhouse. Her private office provides a comfortable, discreet place in which to explore your goals and the safe and realistic expectations for achieving them.
When you arrive at the office one of the friendly staff members will ask you to complete a questionnaire which Dr. Giese will then review with you in detail. You will also have an opportunity to review comparison photographs of her other patients whom you may possibly contact.
If you decide that cosmetic surgery is a desirable option for you, Dr. Giese will then perform a thorough physical examination and discuss any possible health issues that might be involved. Once you have provided Dr. Giese with all the information she needs, she and her staff will spend as much time with you as necessary answering your questions in detail and helping you assess your choice carefully.
Facilities
Many of the surgical procedures offered by Dr. Giese can be performed in her ambulatory surgical clinic with local anesthesia or "twilight" anesthesia, which means that you will be fully asleep but still breathing on your own. More extensive operations require a hospital stay. For all procedures a board - certified anesthesiologist is on hand to support, monitor and keep the patient comfortable.
