Dr. Fenner's office is located in Chicago's North Shore, providing consulting, counseling, and exceptional patient care for surgical and non-surgical procedures. Dr. Fenner and his professionally trained staff understand that their procedures affect more than physical aesthetics, they affect the whole person and their quality of life. Dr. Fenner has extensive and impressive training in reconstructive and plastic surgery. Additional training includes surgical programs in cranial facial, post Bariatric Surgery, Microsurgery, and laser certification. Dr. Fenner has recently opened the Fenner Plastic Surgery Medical Spa to offer his patient a choice of surgical and non-surgical skin enhancements. The Fenner Plastic Surgery Medical Spa offers chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatment, pre and post surgical massages, Botox and Restylan.

As Chief of Plastic Surgery for Evanston Northwestern Healthcare, Dr. Fenner has clinical  privileges at all 3 of ENH's hospitals: Evanston Hospital in Evanston, Highland Park Hospital in Highland Park, and Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, Illinois. Dr. Fenner also has clinical privileges at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Children's Memorial Hospital of Chicago.
