Your Consultation

The decision to pursue a new look is very exilerating and begins with your consultation. During your consultation you will have the opportunity to meet our pleasant and skilled office staff and obtain literature for various procedures. In the consult room, Dr. Jabor will take a careful history and listen to all of your plastic surgery interests and goals. Dr. Jabor encourages you to bring your questions so that your visit will be as productive as possible. With you as an active participant, several options that would best suit your needs will then be discussed. You will then be shown 'before and after' pictures of patients Dr. Jabor has operated on who have had similar procedures. Often digital imaging is used to help further illustrate your potential outcome and to show techniques for modification.

In the exam room a physical exam will be performed. This often includes body measurements as well as medical photography. The procedure that is suggested will then be discussed in detail including risks versus benefits, the applicability of each procedure to your specific needs as well as alternatives to the procedure. Next, you will meet our office manager who will discuss prices, financing and / or insurance coverage for the procedure.

In the end, we hope all of your questions and concerns have been satisfactorily addressed and you have had a pleasurable and informative experience. We welcome repeat visits and have a list of patients who are agreeable to talk about their own procedures with others if you should desire.
