Consultations
Consultation is by appointment only. During the consultation the patient and I will have a detailed discussion of the problem, surgical solutions, expected outcomes, alternative treatments, costs, potential risks and complications, pre-operative instructions and post-operative care. Friends or family may be present if desired by the patient. Literature will be provided. There will be plenty of time for all questions to be answered. Scheduling can be done at the same time or at a later date per patient preference. Patients usually return for a second consultation, at no charge, for the pre-operative history and physical and signing of surgical consent form. Photographs are taken at either the 1st or 2nd visit. The consultation fee is $100 and payment is expected at the time of the first visit. The consultation fee is applicable to the surgical fee. It is appreciated that if you do not plan to keep your appointment we are notified as soon as possible.
