We believe in being straightforward, easy to talk to, down-to-earth and affordable. My staff and I are totally committed to making you feel as comfortable as possible and treating everyone in the way we would like to be treated ourselves.

Specialty

All Cosmetic Surgery (face, eyelids, neck, breast, body) Rhinoplasty, Liposuction (all types), Breast Reconstruction/Enhancement, Body Contouring Procedures,Laser, and Endoscopic Techniques.  Less invasive techniques may well be the best option.

We offer Botox, Dysport, Restylane, Juvederm, Radiesse, other "fillers", facial peels, and Laser Hair Removal.

Consultations

Our consultations for cosmetic surgery are complimentary. 

Our consultations for "reconstructive" surgery such as lesion removal, breast reconstruction, etc. will be submitted for you to your health insurance plan.

We treat every patient with respect, answer your questions, and design an appropriate treatment plan that is best for you.   The privacy, safety, and welfare of our patients is our top priority.  You are our greatest asset.

Facilities

Our office includes several fully certified OR's (Ambulatory Surgery Center) where the majority of our surgery can be performed.  Our center is certified by the AAAASF, Medicare, the state of Maryland.  Dr. Vincent and the surgery center participate with almost all insurance plans including Medicare.
