Injection lipolysis — often referred to as LipoDissolve or mesotherapy — involves injecting a mixture of chemicals, generally consisting of a combination of phosphatidylcholine and sodium deoxycholate, into the skin and/or subcutaneous fatty tissue in order to dissolve fat cells.
