Insurance Coverage Required for Post-Mastectomy Breast Reconstruction if Mastectomy is Covered

Alabama

Provides that federally funded and publicly funded state programs that provide coverage for mastectomysurgery shall also provide coverage for reconstruction of the breast. [Section 22-6-10]
