Breast Augmentation for MTF patients

Gender Affirmation Surgery

Member Response:

Inherently, it’s not very different. MTF usually have a wider chest and stronger muscle but it’s basically the same operation.

Member Response:

It is quite possible to have breast surgery and a tummy tuck at the save time. It really depends upon your overall health and the extent of the surgery. Good luck

What is the updated mortality rate for Butt Augmentation via fat transfer

Buttock Lift with Augmentation

Member Response:

The most recent rates that I’ve seen is closer to 1/30,000 which I believe is even less than tummy tucks. This is likely due to understanding of the anatomy and modifications in the technique to improve safety. After investigation, it is felt that placing fat in the subcutaneous fat layer and trying to avoid placing it into the muscle later seems the be safer. That’s actually how Ibakways performed it. Best of luck.

Without seeing you in person, it is very difficult to say why your belly is enlarged. It may be the result of fatty tissue, weakness of the muscles, even visceral fat. I would have to see you in person. Best of luck.

There are plenty of great plastic surgeons all over the country. You have many options. As far as your eyes go, eyelid surgery is called a blepharoplasty. This is not usually covered by any insurance. Best of luck.

It’s possible, but it becomes a positing issue after surgery because lying on your stomach is ideal after a bbl but will push on your implants unfavorable. Pillows help

You look like a good candidate for several of those procedures. I perform these in my fully accredited office OR. The best thing would be to have a virtual discussion first since you live far away. I look forward to talking with you. Have a great day!

Do i need chin surgery or browlift?

Chin Surgery

Member Response:

Based solely on the photos, it looks like you might benefit from a chin implant and possibly a rhinoplasty. A consultation in person would be essential. For the brow, it is difficult to say from the photos. Botox May be an alternative if you want some lateral brow elevation. I hope to see you soon! Good luck.

Breast augmentation

Breast Augmentation

Member Response:

Hi Melissa. I always try to accommodate my patients’s goals, but choosing the right implant for a patient really depends upon multiple factors including a patient’s goals, and their anatomy. Placing 800 cc implants into someone who starts out with an “A” cup is likely not possible on the first go around. This is usually due to the person’s anatomy limiting the stretch of the tissue in accommodating such large implants. I’m mire than happy to evaluate you to see if it is possible. Best of luck.

Tummy Tuck

Member Response:

You look like a patient that has lost a lot of weight, and their skin quality is very poor due to being overstretches from a lot of weight gain and then subsequent weight loss. It is very common for patients with this type of skin to have some rebound laxity. Review your concerns with your surgeon. Best of luck.

18 is a bit young, but a lift can be performed at any time. The size of your breast may be contributing to the sag so based upon an exam, you might consider a small reduction too. Best of luck.
