Education and Corporate Development Administrator

Responsible for providing administrative support for the Education and Corporate Development Departments. Will also assist, as needed, to provide additional support for the Meetings Department. Primary responsibilities will include creating and securing executed agreements from faculty and sponsors, processing invoices, scheduling multi-participant meetings and data entry. Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to support needs assessment research, identification of sponsor targets and accreditation activities. Must be able to work on a variety of projects concurrently.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for creating faculty and sponsor agreements, facilitating updates as required and ultimately securing executed agreements in a timely manner; Also includes appropriately filing agreements
  • Partners with Corporate Development and Education Department staff liaisons, as needed, to provide additional committee support
  • Manages data entry related to educational programming and sponsorships; This may include but is not limited to product creation, program data entry, evaluation responses, sponsorship opportunities and benefits and pledge and commitment entry
  • Collaborates with accreditation and faculty engagement teams as needed
  • Supports project managers with sponsorship benefit execution as needed
  • Manages shipments to and from meeting sites for Education and Corporate Development teams
  • May attend onsite meetings, such as Plastic Surgery The Meeting (ASPS annual meeting), and assist with tasks such as registration, faculty, attendee and/or sponsor support and educational program logistics
  • Assist with billing reconciliation and processes reimbursements and invoices quickly, accurately and efficiently
  • Manages the scheduling of large, multi-participant conference calls/Zoom calls
  • Tests and deploys online programming in partnership with program managers
  • Supports the development, logistical setup and execution of online meetings and educational programming
