Carol Sieck, RN, MSN
Director of Quality and Performance Measurement Programs
Carol Klimah Sieck, RN, MSN, is the director of quality and performance measurement programs for ASPS, and is responsible for oversight of the Quality and Performance Measurement department, working with ASPS/PSF staff and member volunteers to manage and implement our quality and performance measurement initiatives and related evidence-based medicine activities, including monitoring and develop opportunities to enhance quality measurement, reporting and guideline development in plastic surgery.
Carol joined ASPS/PSF from the Family Health Network in Chicago, IL where she worked as Director of Quality Management. There she managed oversight of HEDIS metrics, accreditation, risk and patient safety for over 220,000 Medicaid patients in Illinois through a team of QI and analytic staff.
Carol earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and her master's degree in nursing from Loyola University of Chicago. She is currently finishing her PhD at Loyola University of Chicago in Health Outcomes Research and should graduate this year. Carol has two daughters and currently resides in Wheaton, IL.
