Cassandra Lux
Director of Education

Cassandra Lux is the director of education for the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). She is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Education Department, which include online and live accredited and non-accredited education offerings for members, as well as serving as the primary department liaison between ASPS/PSF's sister societies and other related organizations.

In this role, Cassandra also oversees all aspects of educational program development, the Society's overall compliance with accreditation standards, as well as lead and develop the execution of resources and programs for Performance Improvement CME and Maintenance of Certification.

Before joining ASPS in January 2019, Cassandra held various roles in the field of training and development. She started her career in English-language learning and worked in organizations across the globe. Most recently, she worked as associate director of learning and development for International Surveyor Accreditation at Joint Commission International.

Cassandra earned both her Bachelor of Art in Psychology and Master of Leadership Studies (MLD), with a focus on professional development and leadership, from North Central College.
