Gina T. McClure
Staff Vice President of Programs & Development
Gina T. McClure is the staff vice president of programs and development, responsible for the overall strategic planning and execution of ASPS's live and online educational programming, including the Society's Annual Meeting, clinical symposia, practice management and coding workshops, the Plastic Surgery Education Network (PSEN), In-Service Exam for residents and surgeons, and the ASPS joint sponsorship and endorsement programs.
In addition, she is responsible for all meeting coordination, including location selection, planning and exhibits.
Gina joined ASPS in 2007 as an education coordinator and was promoted to director of education in 2010.
Prior to her time at the Society, she worked at the University of Illinois at Chicago's Office of Continuing Education (OCE) administering student programs and helping to foster relationships between the OCE and campus units.
She holds a master's degree in speech communication with a concentration in health and interpersonal communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has taught undergraduate courses in public and persuasive speaking and interpersonal communication.
Gina spends her spare time with her husband and son, as well as tirelessly campaigning for a second season of Joss Whedon's short-lived television series "Firefly."
