Tracking Operations and Outcomes for Plastic Surgeons (TOPS)
The TOPS program was launched in 2002 as a HIPAA compliant, secure and confidential national database of plastic surgery procedures and outcomes. All ASPS active members and candidates for membership in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons are encouraged to participate in the TOPS program.
What is ASPS TOPS?
TOPS stands for Tracking Operations and Outcomes for Plastic Surgeons. All ASPS members and candidates for membership are encouraged to participate in the TOPS program. TOPS also contains the ASPS-QCDR module for submission to CMS. For more information on the ASPS-QCDR, please visit ASPS Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR).
TOPS has recently upgraded to a new platform that will have enhanced reporting capabilities with the potential for EHR integration starting in 2017.
If you are a current TOPS user, please note that effective January 1, 2017, you will no longer be able to access the TOPS Registry on the old platform. To enter data into TOPS, please visit the PSRN Dashboard.
To sign up for TOPS, please visit the Plastic Surgery Registries Network (PSRN).
