The Mosharrafa Experience can be summarized in three words: Integrity, Relationships, Results.
We have built this practice on basic principles of integrity that we learned as children:
• Be honest
• Treat others with kindness, respect and dignity
• Know what is right, so you can do what is right, because it is right
Quite simply, we treat patients as we would like to be treated.
The relationships built here are the cornerstone of our practice. Patients are greeted by our doctors who spend a great deal of time with them at their first office visit. We believe it is impossible to operate on a stranger. We take the time to get to know our patients’ motivations, desires and expectations because we believe that understanding these things is critical to achieving the best outcomes. Every aspect of clinical patient care is handled by our doctors, not other staff members. We do not utilize nurse practitioners, physician assistants or any other medical professionals to help in surgery, see patients post-op, remove sutures, or for any other aspect of direct patient care. If a patient has a question in the middle of the night, the voice on the other end of the telephone is the doctor that performed the surgery. We believe that the doctor-patient relationship is the most important aspect of what we do and we remain directly connected to our patients from the first office visit to the final follow up appointment. Through these relationships, our doctors and dedicated staff are fully committed to providing an experience that is second to none.
The final measure of success for any plastic surgeon is the results that they are able to achieve on a consistent basis for their patients. While we believe that there are a number of talented surgeons to choose from, our doctors’ training and experience allow them to achieve outcomes that are unsurpassed by any other practice. Our state-of-the art practice, including our on-site, fully accredited surgical center (Mosharrafa Outpatient Surgery Center) and comprehensive skin care facility (Mosharrafa Skin Rejuvenation Center), are a part of our ongoing commitment to provide our patients with the highest level of care in an environment dedicated to each patient’s safety, comfort and convenience.

Cosmetic Surgery (all aspects) Reconstructive Breast Surgery
We set aside one hour on your first appointment to visit one on one with Dr. Mosharrafa. During that time, Dr. Mosharrafa will inquire about your goals and also take a full medical history. He will then perform the necessary pertinent physical examination. What follows is a very candid discussion about your goals as they relate to your anatomy and the latest surgical procedures available. Your consultation is a time of education for you and this id Dr. Mosharrafa's forte.
Once the appropriate procedure or procedures are chosen, you will have the opportunity to view photographs of Dr. Mosharrafa's patients who have had similar procedures. This is an exciting time, as it allows you, for the first time, to see what is possible with cosmetic surgery.
Once all of your medical questions have been answered, you will be given the complete financial information as well as printed literature about your planned procedure to review at home. A second consultation is encouraged to discuss any new questions that may arise, to schedule your surgical time, and to complete preoperative photographs.
Of course, the ultimate decision about surgery is yours. Our office provides you all of the information necessary to assist you in making the right decision that will provide you a wonderful and natural change.
Mosharrafa Outpatient Surgery Center is a fully accredited and efficient outpatient surgical center. Each member of our surgical staff has extensive experience and they are committed to ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care, consistent with the Mosharrafa Experience.
