Can multiple surgeries be done

Thigh Lift

Member Response:

Yes, it is possible to have all three operations performed during the same operative session. For that to happen safely and with a quality result, you need to be evaluated by an experienced body contouring surgeon, preferably who has a team of operators that can work simultaneously under the surgeon's direction. Lengthy operative times have a higher rate of significant complications.

Do not be concerned. The board-certified plastic surgeon accepts the responsibility for the quality care of your care, including the selection of a skilled nurse anesthetist

Flank & Sacrum Puff Liposuction

Liposuction

Member Response:

At the Hurwitz Center for Plastic Surgery all patients are offered early post liposuction electrophysiological lymphatic massage called Hyvamat for the first three weeks. If there is persistent obvious swelling then we continue for another three weeks. We are convinced that early swelling is reduced but not necessarily improving the final result. You can start lymphatic massage now but it is unlikely to improve the final result.

What exactly is this? Osteoma?

Cosmetic Surgery

Member Response:

I recommend removal and microscopic examination. Probably a hairline incision will allow access to remove the bony growth of your forehead with an osteotome.

Tummy Tuck

Member Response:

You do appear to have some loose skin. You also have very poor quality skin with considerable stretch marks (Strea). You surgeon may have closed you as tight as possible but was left with poor skin quality. Of course return to you surgeon to discuss. Further skin removal at a later time may be advisable.

Tummy Tuck

Member Response:

A revision abdominoplasty is usually a good option

would it be worth it?

Thigh Lift

Member Response:

A LBL only raises the outer thighs and unfortunately frequently the saddlebag deformity returns. For permanent improvement of your outer thighs I recommend my original Oblique Flankplasty. For inner thigh laxity you should have a vertical medial thighplasty.

Poor outcome?

Male Breast Reduction

Member Response:

Usually moderate sized gynecomastia is corrected with a combination of liposuction through remote stab wound incisions (I prefer ultrasonic assisted lipoplasty) and a pull through resection through an incision in or around the areola. Your inframammary scar should heal leaving a fine scar and most of the breast prominence gone. If not revision surgery is indicated.

Healing

Tummy Tuck

Member Response:

Yes, not normal to have drainage from your closures. Nevertheless, drain site infections are fairly common and need to be taken care of. Your board certified plastic surgeon will know what to do.

Best results vs versus scar visibility

Thigh Lift

Member Response:

I understand your aversion to a long body scar on your thighs after having a Fleur de Lys abdominplasty. . However, if you have loose skin along the mid and lower portion of your thighs then the only recognized effective operation is vertical thighplasty. If you medial thigh scar is placed slightly posterior it will not me visible when looking straight on. Make sure your sure has considerable experience in body contouring surgery.

Member Response:

If weight loss is persisting after fat grafting of the buttocks, then most of the fat graft will be lost.

Breast Augmentation

Member Response:

You appear to have a chronic suture line wound infection. You probably need surgical removal of the wound and all related sutures. Discuss with your surgeon.

Vaser 4D Liposuction

Liposuction

Member Response:

3D VASER liposuction takes longer but is less painful than tradition liposuction because of less damage to the neurvasculature and connective tissue. There many reports of the preference to use VASER over traditional liposuction for #D definition of muscularity. Property performed VASERlipo provide excellent fat for grafting. The 4th dimension maybe considered the movement of the 3D dimensional construct through space and time. Yes, the results are long lasting.

Renuvion

Facelift

Member Response:

Renuvion or JPLasma is monopolar helium supplemented radiofrequency subcutaneous tissue tightening, mostly known for the body. I am unaware whether a smaller probe has been created for the face. FaceTite is bipolar radiofrequency sucutaneous made for tightening of the face and neck with considerably more documented positive results in scientific presentations and publications. Renuvion is faster but FaceTite has proven safety and efficacy.
