More details about your procedure and your journey would be necessary to determine what would be best for you. Yes, in general lipo can be done again but you would have to be seen in person to be properly evaluated.

Need a few things

Body Contouring

Member Response:

It’s really hard to quote a fee before seeing you as a patient. I treat a lot of weight loss patients and have done many body lifts, breast lifts, arm lifts abs thigh lifts. Good luck with your decision to move forward.

Nose Job after Nose Filler

Rhinoplasty

Member Response:

You are best to wait until the filler dissolves completely before undergoing a rhinoplasty. This may take longer than a year because filler in the nose tends to last a bit longer than other areas. Best of luck

Many times I stage the two procedures. You would have to be seen in person to determine exactly what you need and then a fee can be quoted. My office provides information on companies you can finance your surgery through. Best of luck.

Surgical excision is possible for smallish tattoos but it will leave a permanent scar. Larger tattoos may not be amenable to excision. You would have to be seen in person.

How do I find an a surgeon experienced in a Brazilian Butt Lift?

Body Contouring

Member Response:

While I usually recommend people staying in their local community, if you cannot find a surgeon that perform Brazilian butt lifts in your area perhaps you should look in other cities. Best of luck.

Cost and results

Breast Augmentation

Member Response:

Usually when I remove implants I can sometimes perform a Lift at the same time. In some patients where they do not have a lot of breast tissue and have very large implants, it sometimes is good to wait until the tissues collapse down before performing a lift. This also is a consideration when performing fat grafting. If there is a large open space then the fat will not have any blood supply to maintain their viability, so in these cases I will also sometimes wait to put that in if they so desire.

TRYING HARD TO FIND DRAINLESS TUMMY TUCK DOC

Tummy Tuck

Member Response:

Drain less tummy tucks arevoften performed with internal quilting futures or what are sometimes called progressive tension sutures. Some surgeons also spray fibrin glue internally as well. I’m not sure why you were so reluctant to have drains. Drains are usually removed within about a week or so for most patients. I do not think that going drainless adds any advantage Patients can develop seromas and hematomas as well. I do all the other procedures you desire as well. Good luck.

Don't know what to do

Eyelid Surgery

Member Response:

I’d like to think that I guide my patients in a way that they maintain a nice youthful look without looking what I call “overly plastic.” Many patients in their mid-40s can have very nice results with fillers and Botox alone. There are some at this age that have significant facial aging and can benefit from facial rejuvenation surgery like a facelift. I would have to see you in person determine what would be best for you.

Redo of chin implant

Facelift

Member Response:

You would have to be seen in person to determine what would be most appropriate for you. In addition, I prefer not to remove any portions of the salivary glands. I agree that patients might be prone to dry mouth and there is a potential for excessive bleeding while removing them.

Member Response:

I’d be more than happy to look at your photos. However, it is always best to be seen in person because photos are not that accurate and an exam in person really gives the best assessment. You can send them with a note to info@stevenwallachmd.com. Good luck

Breast Lift

Member Response:

Usually you want to be at least one year out and at a stable weight after gastric sleeve procedure. It is not advisable to do that at four months after your procedure. I treat a lot of weight loss patients and this is the policy that I usually adhere to.
