You would have to be seen in person to determine what might be appropriate for you. That may include a lift and implants or lift alone. Best of luck

Breast Augmentation

Member Response:

Hi Brooke. There might be several different options but they will depend upon how your breasts look. You are best to see a board certified plastic surgeon so that he can lay them out for you once you are examined and your goals are reviewed. Best of luck!

How dangerous is the Brazilian Butt lift surgery?

Body Contouring

Member Response:

I think like all operations there are risks. I perform many BBL’s. I think placing the fat subcutaneously above the muscle keeps the procedure very safe. In my hands, my patients usually get about 65-70% survival of the fat. This is permanent. If you have fat donor fires, then I would go this route. Filler product is ok but not permanent and is best reserved for those without donor sites. Best of luck!

Breast Augmentation

Member Response:

I personally don’t get all the hype about prefectural implants. In my opinion, it’s like trying to rediscover the wheel. Subglafukar breast implants initially always were less painful( the muscle was not cut, or stretched from an implant)., however long term rippling and higher incidence of capsular contracture were noted in this plane. Now you have a breast with even less soft tissue coverage, and will have a higher incidence of rippling and visibility. We’ve know this for years with subglandular breast augmentation. Yes you can add fat grafting, but in my opinion it is likely going to be less aesthetic than a submuscular one

A mini facelift can be performed in my office based surgery center with good sutures.. I don;t know why a surgi-center would have "better" sutures. I'm not sure about the second part of the question.

Course of action for excessively large thighs

Liposuction

Member Response:

It sounds like you are doing a great job losing weight! Congratulations! Several things can contribute to thicker legs, this includes. The size of the underlying bones, muscles and subcutaneous fat content. Only the fat content can be reduced. If you are near or at your goal weight then perhaps liposuction might be a reasonable approach. You would have to be seen in person to determine if you are a candidate or not. Good luck!

If your weight is stable, then your waist should not be picking up fat. However when you gain 8 pounds or more fat will distribute in multiple areas including your love handles. It is difficult to predict how fast will redistribute with weight gain

It sounds reasonable to be worked up and to see what your risk factors are. Based upon that, a hematology work up may be reasonable and based upon the hematologist recommendations, you likely will be able to proceed. Good luck
