You can certainly discuss this with your internist and/or family physician. You should also seek out a qualified board certified plastic surgeon in your area for an in person consultation regarding this procedure. Best of luck.

Hello, and thank you for this question. I know there are qualified surgeons that practice at the Scripps health clinic in the Department of plastic surgery. The Chairman is Dr. Salvador Pacella, and I do believe they have a specialist in microvascular surgery as well. Best Of luck.
