Will you be able to help me with breast reduction due to neck and back pain?
I am looking for a great surgeon that specializes in blepharoplasty. I've always had dark puffy circles under my eyes and would love to get rid of them. I'm tired of people asking if I am tired. ;-) I live in Fredericksburg Virginia and looking for Doctor within 60 miles. So, Washington DC is an option.
I currently haveI need to replace them. Not sure which are the safest? and picking the right Doctor to do a good job. I live Montgomery County Pennsylvania. Please help, thank you Peggy

I had liposuction today on my hips, thighs, knees, calves, and ankles. I specifically asked for a noticeable thigh gap. With the compression stockings on, I do have a small thigh gap, but when I took them off briefly to go to the bathroom, my inner thighs looked the same as before—no thigh gap at all! My calves already seem a bit slimmer, but I can’t help feeling a little worried.

I had Mohs surgery on my cheek about 5 weeks ago. Now that the swelling has gone away, the scar is noticeably sunken and not smooth across the cheek. Does anyone know of a plastic surgeon that would perform fat transfer specifically for this type of sunken scar as a treatment?

"It's always important to talk about aftercare with the patient coordinator. Massages, nursing, garments – these are the things that can get quite costly. And unless you are anticipating this and know about this, it can be quite an abrupt or shocking cost."
"So, one thing we consider is the incision that is in front or around the ear that needs to take into account that that skin, when we move it, will grow hair. So, we tend to place the scar for a facelift incision for men right in front of the tragus, which is the little part of the ear that pokes into the ear canal. Because if you make the incision behind that part of the tragus, with men, then that skin will start to grow hair."
"We definitely see patients who do not want surgery. They're not ready for it. They're concerned about it. You know, we can educate on the safety of it, but even so. And some patients are coming in and wanting big things, but might not be the best surgical candidates or might want something as an interim measure."
Plastic surgery patients who have concerns about their tummy may opt for an abdominoplasty or a panniculectomy. Both procedures focus on the belly, but they each have several key differences in terms of how they are performed, the results that can be achieved and the patients for whom they are best suited.
Even if plastic surgery is something you've wanted with all your heart, you can wake up one morning, look in the mirror and realize that you don't recognize the person staring back at you.
Rhinoplasty is one of the most personalized procedures in all of plastic surgery, if not the most bespoke. No nose is the same, and there are several factors that must be considered, from ethnicity to gender. But how does rhinoplasty for men and women differ?
