Looking for some guidance. I lost 105lbs and had awful turkey neck, so I got a facelift/necklift/ upper bleph. I’ve noticed asymmetrical results as seen in the pics below. I went Back to my surgeon to address the concern and he said he didn’t think it was too concerning. I feel Like i need a revision but do not want to spend even more $ and recovery time. Is this acceptable? Am I overreacting?

It doesn't have the cache of other plastic surgery procedures like deep plane facelifts, and its downtime makes it one of the more taxing cosmetic operations – but its results can be life-changing for the right patients.
