Hi, I had surgery back ln Feb 2025 to exchange my implants, I got bigger implants with a higher profile, i started noticing when i bend down my right implant looked distorted, i went back into surgery and they added the Galaflex mesh, but after a few month it looks the same when i bend down, is this normal? What can i do? First photo is with the Galaflex, second photo is before the Mesh.
had bad turkey neck. surgeon told me with the neck lift I needed a lower face lift. fine. now I need a "revision" on the neck lift because of a large area of skin hanging under my chin BUT another doctor (my family physician) said something is wrong with the facelift (it is 9 months since the surgery)....lines on the sides of my face!! suggestion? change surgeons? can it be fixed?
Looking for some guidance. I lost 105lbs and had awful turkey neck, so I got a facelift/necklift/ upper bleph. I’ve noticed asymmetrical results as seen in the pics below. I went Back to my surgeon to address the concern and he said he didn’t think it was too concerning. I feel Like i need a revision but do not want to spend even more $ and recovery time. Is this acceptable? Am I overreacting?

I’ve been experiencing persistent redness and frequent allergic reactions on my skin—especially after using new skincare products or being outdoors. can I opt for skin care treatments like from this https://visagesculpture.com/non-surgical-nose-job/ Thank you.

I was promised Aesthetic Results from a Lipo 360, Abdominoplasty, and Gynocomastia surgery. these are my results 10 months after the procedure, should I be furious?? Corrective surgery was not offered. I do not know where to even turn anymore, no attorney wants to take my case even though I have 3 key points to prove my surgeons negligence. I want input from the surgeons of this community.

"And so, what I would hope is that patients feel more themselves after surgery, more like the person that they believe they are, by the changes that we made physically. That may sometimes be difficult or a challenge for our relationships, like spouses or children or parents, to see your body or your face looking different."
"I would say use your best judgment, and if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is."
"What is the best way to look younger without surgery? So, number one is always good health. Optimal health. Good health will show on your skin, it'll show in your face."
Specific procedures, when combined with others, create an effect greater than either procedure could achieve on its own. However, combining the wrong procedures can be disastrous.
Winter weather is notorious for stripping the skin of moisture, weakening the barrier and triggering annoying issues such as flaking, tightness, redness and dullness. Indoor heating, hot showers and cold winds can further disrupt the skin's natural balance, making even normally resilient skin feel dry and sensitive.
No part of the body is immune to the effects of genetics, aging, gravity or weight fluctuations, including your knees. Excess fat, sagging skin or wrinkles – or all of them – can develop on and around the knees, affecting the overall contour of your legs and aging them.
