Quality Resources
The Quality & Performance Measurement Department, under the guidance of the Quality & Performance Measurement Committee (QPMC), uses evidence-based systematic processes reflecting national standards to develop Clinical Practice Guidelines and Performance Measures. Expert member workgroups evaluate the highest quality scientific research to develop recommendations and performance metrics. Performance Measures are implemented into our Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR).
Clinical Practice Guidelines have been developed for:
- Breast Reconstruction (ABR 2016, Expanders and Implant 2013, update in production)
- Reconstruction After Skin Cancer Resection (2019 in press)
- Upper Eyelid and Brow Surgery (2019 in production)
- Reduction Mammaplasty (Revision 2019 in production)
Performance Measures have been developed for:
- Breast Reconstruction
- Panniculectomy and Abdominoplasty
- Rhinoplasty
- Reconstruction After Skin Cancer Resection (in process)
