Dr. Luis Macias is a double-board-certified plastic surgeon in Los Angeles specializing in facial rejuvenation, including deep plane face lifts and advanced deep neck surgery, midface lift, brow lift, eyelid surgery and facial fat grafting. He is the founder of Aesthetic MdR in Marina del Rey and serves as the Director of the Aesthetic Surgery Curriculum and Site Director fr the Aesthetic Surgery Rotation at USC Plastic Surgery, and an active leader in The Aesthetic Society.

Consultation with Dr. Macias are personalized and anatomy focused, with an emphasis on understanding each patient's goals and determining the most appropriate surgical or non-surgical approach. For facial rejuvenation, he evaluates the face and neck as a whole, including the skin, soft tissue, facial descent and deep anatomy, to create a natural, individualized treatment plan. Consultations are available at Aesthetic MdR in Marina del Rey, California.

Dr. Macias performs surgery at MdR Surgery Center, a Quad A accredited, 2 operating room surgical facility located on-site at Aesthetic MdR in Marina del Rey. The private facility is designed specifically for aesthetic surgery, allowing patients to receive their surgical care in a dedicated, specialized setting.
