Unfortunately, insurance does not cover a tummy tuck after pregnancy. Please make sure you go to a board certified plastic surgeon for treatment. Good luck!

Having cosmetic surgery is a personal choice. Improving your jawline sounds reasonable, but in order to determine what might be appropriate for you a consultation in person is necessary. Best of luck.

An arm lift sounds like it might be a solution for you. You would have to be seen in person first to be sure. Good luck!

Member Response:

It is certainly possible to only work on one breast, but you would have to be seen in person to be properly evaluated.

It’s not the device it’s the surgeon that is the difference. Good luck

Adding more support to the reconstruction may be necessary. This could be by using an ADM like alloderm.

Dermal Fillers

Filler products are not commonly used to correct asymmetry. However, fat injections can be used. There is a small risk of implant rupture performing this procedure. Another solution maybe using different sized implants. Best of luck.

Combining BBL with BA?

Breast Augmentation

Member Response:

It’s not that the two procedures can’t be done at the same time. It’s that it will be a positioning issue for you during the recovery. You ideally do not want to lie on your stomach after having a breast augmentation it’s not that the two procedures can’t be done at the same time. It’s that it will be a positioning issue for you during the recovery. You ideally do not want to lie on your stomach after having a breast augmentation, And you don’t want to lie on your back after having a Brazilian Buttock augmentation. I usually stage them.

Breast Reduction

Member Response:

There is no specific age limit for breast reduction. If you are healthy then you can have it done.

Mommy Makeover

Member Response:

Sometimes the two procedures can be done at the same time. A breast lift is not commonly done just with augmentation. Usually some kind of excision of skin and lifting of the breast tissue will be required. You would have to be seen in person to determine the appropriate procedures and then the approximate cost. Best of luck

To define the jaw and cheekbones may require facial filler selectively to this area to enhance their appearance. You would have to be seen in person to be properly evaluated. Best of luck!

Breast Implant Revision

Member Response:

Yes it’s a bit early to get a revision. You need to wait at least 4-6 months and sometimes longer To allow for the tissues to soften.

Breast lift during explant

Breast Lift

Member Response:

It’s tough to say for sure. I would say sometimes yes and sometimes no. If a patient does not have a lot of breast tissue, I may delay the lift to allow the soft tissues to collapse and fill the “dead space” first.

Am I a candidate for a breast reduction?

Breast Reduction

Member Response:

You are very likely a good candidate for a breast reduction. However you would need to be seen in person to be absolutely sure and to have a proper evaluation. I am more than happy to see you in New York, but you may prefer to stay in your local region. Good luck.

Can I go super small

Breast Reduction

Member Response:

While it is impossible to guarantee cup size, reducing you to an “A”ish cup is basically doing almost a mastectomy and will likely not leave you with a reasonable shape.
