As a plastic surgeon my goal is to improve the quality of my patients’ lives. I believe that everyone deserves to feel confident in their own body, and for some people, aesthetic plastic surgery can be an extremely self-empowering journey. As a mother, I know how much motherhood can demand of us, and I love being able to help my patients rediscover their sense of self and “get their body back.”

Meet Dr. Lauren Daly
A native Californian, Dr. Daly completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California Berkeley before attending and graduating from medical school at the University of California, Irvine. While in medical school, she maintained her interest in and appreciation for art and published multiple articles on sculpture and art history. Dr. Daly completed a research fellowship at Brigham & Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School during which she presented her scientific findings on optimizing surgical wound healing at national meetings.
She completed a six-year residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Massachusetts, during which she received extensive training in all aspects of plastic surgery. At the conclusion of her residency training in Massachusetts, she returned to California to complete a fellowship and clinical instructorship in Microsurgery and Complex Reconstructive Surgery at Stanford University.
Dr. Daly is proud to be board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Beyond her career as a board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Daly is a mother to two children and married to an orthopedic surgeon. She loves spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, houseplants, and enjoys a chai latte or a craft IPA beer.

Incredible surgeon, amazing results, SO easy to talk to, so sweet and relatable-not at all what I expected with a surgeon. I went in for a consult for two separate procedures and she actually explained why one wouldn’t be the best use of money for me based on the results to be expected and scarring. Never once did she try to push for implants after I said I didn’t want any. My surgery was fast, my recovery was incredibly easy and pain free- she texted my husband the night of surgery to check on me and even sent videos to me of her in the operating room that I could look at later showing me exactly what she did. Dr. Daly is an angel from heaven! After giving birth to very large twins I was left with a lot of muscle separation and loose skin that only got worse over time. Two years ago I had a radical nephrectomy that left me with a giant umbilical hernia. I was in constant pain and becoming more and more depressed. It was a long road that led me to Dr. Daly but after our initial consultation I felt hopeful for the first time in years. She was willing to take me on as a patient even though it was a complicated case and would require coordinating with a general surgeon among other things. From the very beginning she was honest about my options and about what my expectations should be. I felt completely at ease asking any questions I had and every interaction with her left me feeling cared for and important. I feel that Dr. Daly went above and beyond for me as a patient and a person. No other doctor has put me at ease with both their medical competency and genuine kindness as Dr. Daly. My surgical results are truly amazing and better than I could have imagined. Dr. Daly was there for my post surgery care every step of the way and I have recovered beautifully. Dr Daly is absolutely AMAZING! I got a breast augmentation with her and she did not disappoint. I told her exactly what I was looking for and trusted her to get my asthetic correct and let me tell you she did an absolutely perfect job.
