Dr. Matthew S. Kilgo, MD, FACS, is a nationally recognized, board-certified cosmetic plastic surgeon and partner at New York Plastic Surgical Group, serving patients on Long Island and Manhattan, NY since 2005. With more than 25 years of experience and over 8,000 surgical procedures performed, Dr. Kilgo specializes inbreast augmentation,breast lift,breast reduction, and complex revisional breast procedures, as well asbody contouring including tummy tuck,liposuction, andmommy makeover for patients throughout the greater New York area. His fellowship training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center gives him a reconstructive precision that most cosmetic surgeons simply don't have — translating directly into superior scar outcomes, symmetry, and the confidence to handle complex revision cases. Drawing on his fellowship training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital, he applies principles of reconstructive surgery to aesthetic procedures, with a focus on natural looking results balanced proportions, and thoughtful management of complex revision cases.

Dr. Kilgo earned his MD from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (2003). He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and a member of the New York Regional Society of Plastic Surgeons.
