Breast Reconstruction | Case Details
This patient is 57 years old and she weighs 142lbs. She is 5'6". The site of the cancer was the right breast. The type of cancer was ductal. Chemotherapy was performed in conjunction with the reconstruction. The breast reconstruction was delayed post mastectomy. The autogeneous tissue used was latisimus dorsi. The preoperative bra size was 36c. An implant with an expander was used:
