This case involves a 22-year-old female who underwent a breast reduction procedure. Initially presenting with a pre-operative bra size of F or larger, the patient's post-operative results were documented after 3 months. 589 grams was resected from the right breast and 347 grams was resected from the left breast. The images illustrate a noticeable reduction in breast size and volume, achieving a more proportionate chest contour relative to her body frame. Post-surgical photos show well-healed incisions and maintained nipple-areola complex positioning. The surgical approach was designed to address both physical comfort and aesthetic considerations. The outcome as observed indicates a successful reduction in scale while preserving the natural appearance of the breasts.
