Patient is a 39 year old female with tummy tuck, liposuction of back, flanks, thighs, and upper chest. 300 cc of Fat was transferred to each breast. 600cc of fat was aspirated out of both thighs and upper chest.

Postoperative Weight: 157

Preoperative Weight: 159

Length of incision: Short Scar (suprapubic)

Umbilical Translocation: Yes

Abdominal Wall Plication: Below Umbilicus
