52 year old woman requesting abdominal contouring. Low incision progressive tension suture abdominoplasty with rectus plication and umbilical translocation. Note the vertical scar that results inferiorly due to supra umbilical piercing.

Age: 52

Length of incision: Short Scar (suprapubic)

Umbilical Translocation: Yes

Abdominal Wall Plication: Above & Below Umbilicus

Concomitant hernia repair: None
