The patient, a 22-year-old female weighing 170 lbs, underwent a breast reduction procedure. The right breast weighed 650 grams, and the left breast weighed 830 grams. The images illustrate the changes observed four months post-operation. Pre-procedure, the patient presented with larger breast volume. The post-operative image shows a notable reduction in breast size, with improved symmetry and contour.
