7 weeks after a tummy tuck combined with flank liposuction, you're looking at the after photo of a 54-year-old woman weighing 125 lbs. The tummy tuck addressed that excess skin and the underlying abdominal wall, while 400ml of fat was removed from both flanks through liposuction. 541 grams were resected from the right side, and 618 grams were resected from the left.
