This case combines a tummy tuck with liposuction of the hips in a 55-year-old female patient weighing 142 pounds. The liposuction removed 500cc of fat from the hip area, while the abdominoplasty addressed the abdominal wall and overlying skin. 667 grams of skin was removed from pannus. 100 mL of fat was removed from each thigh and 800 mL of fat was removed from the back.
