This is a BOTOX® Cosmetic case for a woman in her sixties, shown 4 months after treatment. The patient received 40 units of Botox on the forehead, 11s, crow's feet, Nefertiti lines, DAO lines, and lip flip. The before photo shows multiple horizontal forehead lines visible at rest across the full width of the forehead. At the four-month mark, those lines are no longer visible at rest, and the forehead surface appears smooth. Shown with the patient's written consent.
