This 41-year-old female patient is shown 6 months after undergoing a breast lift (mastopexy) with implants performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Neaman. The procedure elevated and reshaped her breasts while enhancing volume and projection with silicone implants. Implant sizes were 385cc on the right and 415cc on the left, selected to create improved balance and symmetry.
