Two forehead lipomas are marked in the before photo on this 67-year-old male patient, each outlined with a dotted circle to show their size and position above the brow line. Both masses sat side by side near the center of the forehead. Removal addressed both lipomas with 4 Kybella injections. At the 24-month mark, the after photo shows a forehead surface without visible protrusion at either site.
