The patient, a 45-year-old female, underwent BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment. Patient received 36 units of Botox in the forehead, crows feet, and glabella. Before and after photos are 2 weeks apart.

Age: 45

Smoking History: Non-smoker

Site of Injection: Glabella

Use of ancillary procedures: Blepharoplasty

Weeks between operation and 'after' photos: 2
