This 49-year-old woman, weighing 212 lbs, underwent three procedures in a single operative session: breast reduction from a DDD cup, abdominoplasty, and liposuction of the flanks with 1,300 cc of fat removed. Fat excised from the left breast weighed 406 grams and the right breast weighed 486 grams. Pannus was weighed (the left weighed 1746 grams and the right 1647 grams).
