31 year old female with ½ cc filler injections to her lips. Patient has also been consistent with lip flip injections over a span of 6 months.

Smoking History: Non-smoker

Type of Filler: Collagen - unknown

Filler Location (1): lips

Filler Amount (1): 1/2 cc

Ancillary Procedures: Facelift

Perioral Treatment: Dermabrasion

Grafts: Fat Graft
