Question about modified buttock lift after weight loss proceedure-cannot find before/after pics

The best option for a weight loss patient would be a flap augmentation with fat transfer. We routinely do this for our weight loss patients. The flap is lower back/upper butt fat that is used to augment the buttocks. Additional fat transfer helps in creating a rounder shape.
