Dr. Lisa D. Brostrom, is a highly skilled board-certified plastic surgeon, has been dedicated to plastic surgery from an early age. She graduated second in her class with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and the University of Texas, Austin. She earned High Honors from Baylor College of Medicine in 2000. She then became board-certified in both General Surgery in 2005 and Plastic Surgery in 2008.  She specializes in aesthetic fat transfer, facial rejuvenation, and breast and body contouring procedures.  As a plastic surgeon, she is highly regarded for performing deep plane face and neck lifts, abdominoplasty, lower body lifts, breast augmentation, breast reduction and breast lifts, brow lifts and eyelid surgery with beautifully natural results. A compassionate surgeon, she is attuned to the insecurities that many patients have about their appearance.  She is passionate about individualizing treatment plans to help each patient surpass their goals and pursue their best life without inhibitions.

A 22-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Dr. Brostrom has provided expert care to patients with combat injuries, civilian trauma, cancerous defects, and congenital anomalies. She served as Chief of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery during Operation Enduring Freedom and at Brooke Army Medical Center. Her military service allowed her to gain expertise in transgender confirmation procedures and refine her techniques across the full spectrum of plastic surgery. She now brings her artistic eye, attention to detail, and compassionate care to New Image Plastic Surgery.

Passionate about helping children with cleft lip and palate differences, Dr. Brostrom led several humanitarian missions to Central America while in the military. As a mother of twins, she understands the impact of pregnancy on a woman's body and self-esteem, offering a unique perspective and sensitivity to women's needs.
