(On December 10, 2016, Christopher Constance, MD was installed as the 60th President of the Florida Society of Plastic Surgeons, in Naples, Florida.)
Our practice philosophy is driven by the concept that one size does not fit all. We offer the right procedure for each unique individual and every specific circumstance. We take the time to listen to all of your concerns and then develop a plan that is tailored specifically to your needs.

Our initial cosmetic surgery consultation is free of time constraints. This allows you to meet with directly with Dr. Constance. You’ll get to know him, and have all your questions answered. It’s as simple as that.
Not only is Dr. Constance a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, who is fellowship trained at PennState University, but he is also a Laser Specialist with over 25 years of surgical experience, and has had the honor of being the 60th President of the Florida Society of Plastic Surgeons in 2017.

I went to Dr. Constance for a Bi-lateral Mastopexy(Breast lift). I really like his style. First, he has a way of making you feel very comfortable in his off, allowing you to explain what you have in mind, and then he gives you some of his ideas, but never pressures you into his idea being the best or final decision. I feel he did excellent work. I'm only 4 days post surgery, but when I went back for a recheck, and saw his work, it was exactly what I envisioned. I also appreciate how he treats his staff.

Dr. Constance is the best doctor I've ever met. He helped me when several other doctors told me they wouldn't even touch me. I've had a broken nose, and a botched nose surgery 7 years ago and thought I'd live the rest of my life like that. Dr. Constance not only gave me hope, but he did everything he said he would, when he performed my rhinoplasty. Not to mention all the help he has been post surgery!
